What comes with one GeiG deal?
Your selected GeiG Notebooks and displays, £100 of SWS credit with every eligible Notebook, extended warranty and ongoing GeiG support.
Website design, email migration, delivery support and recycling of replaced PCs can also be included where applicable.
How are GeiG Notebooks supplied?
GeiG Notebooks are supplied through a fixed-term Device as a Service arrangement rather than a one-off purchase.
Your proposal confirms the devices, term, services and final monthly payment.
What can SWS be used for?
SWS supports websites, professional email, private servers, storage and GPU compute.
Select only the services your project needs, with GeiG help available for setup and support.
Do we have to use SWS or ask GeiG to configure every device?
No. SWS, custom Windows setup, software installation and managed services are optional.
You can keep your existing approach and add only what helps your project.
How is access to SWS protected?
When enabled, the GeiG desktop application enrols approved users and devices.
Protected SWS services can require both an authorised user and an enrolled device, helping reduce access from unknown computers.
What support and warranty are included?
GeiG Notebooks remain covered throughout the agreed term, with one GeiG contact for device issues, GeiG software updates, additions and renewals.
Enhanced response, loan-device and replacement arrangements are confirmed in the proposal.
Can devices be added, upgraded or renewed during the term?
Yes. The arrangement remains fixed term, but you can request additions, upgrades or mid-term renewals.
GeiG confirms any revised monthly payment before a change proceeds.
Will GeiG collect and recycle our old PCs?
GeiG can collect and responsibly recycle the PCs being replaced at no extra cost.
Device types, quantities and collection locations are confirmed in the proposal.
Is the monthly estimate shown online final?
No. It is an immediate estimate based on your selections.
GeiG completes the final checks and confirms the final monthly payment in your proposal.
When does my GeiG configuration become an agreement?
Your configuration is used to prepare the final GeiG proposal. We'll contact you if any additional information or documentation is required.
The agreement becomes binding when the final proposal is accepted in accordance with its terms.
